We will provide you with a detailed event budget, based on your exact requirements. This gives you a realistic estimate of your total event costs, ensuring there are no surprises at the conclusion of your event.

After your event, we settle all Third Party costs and we supply you with a fully itemised and detailed invoice, indicating all costs for the event, showing you exactly where your money was spent and the value that you gained.

Q2Q charge a management fee for organising your meeting…one predetermined fee based on the work we do on your behalf.
