I wanted to circle back around with you regarding the service we received from Q2Q on the Meridian project. I was asked by Roche to summarize the feedback that we asked the meeting participants to provide post each of the meetings. Roche (as I) was very ecstatic with the conduct of the meetings. Q2Q did such a tremendous job with all 4 meetings but especially with the meeting in Asia as it was a regional meeting in Tokyo, Japan. Q2Q was so professional and so knowledgeable in where we had meetings that the sites were engaged and very pleased with the meetings overall. I don't know what the regional CPMs and I would have done without them as they didn't just plan the meeting logistics but were also an expert and sounding board for cultural requirements and were able to guide the team globally!

Please let me again express my gratitude for another seamless meeting and for the way you and your team are always accommodating and helps us out in the best way even when the timelines are short. We could not have done these two meetings in such short notice, and have them be the very successful meetings they were, without you! As always, I will continue to 'pass the word' regarding my very good experiences using Q2Q amongst colleagues internally, and I will comfortably do so because I have not in my career experienced a more professional meeting planner. The set of Investigator Meetings were commented highly at all levels and I personally could not have received better support and guidance throughout the whole process.

Q2Q always deliver to a high standard.

Nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered to a high standard. We actually diverted work from another vendor to Q2Q because of the high quality service. Learnings were implemented from other studies of a similar nature and this contributed to our success.

This meeting was held in Shanghai, where there are many local cultural variances! But Q2Q were well versed with local knowledge and the meeting ran smoothly.

Q2Q provide a seamless service and ensure that each meeting they are involved with organising is undertaken to a high standard.

All events were of high quality. On site support was excellent at each meeting even when having to work with/via a 3rd party as in Japan.
